But (under Linux at least) running in fullscreen mode means the menu
(F8) is not controlled by the window manager and "f" goes straight
through to the program which has focus in vnc. Oh, and I tried this
in windowed mode and "f" doesn't work there either.
Not that I don't appreciate all the work involved in realvnc !
