For closed user groups, you can compile Realvnc 4.1.1 with my TLS patches:
http://www.auto.tuwien.ac.at/~mkoegler/index.php/tlsvnc

It adds support for complete session encryption and server authentification
and works with the Linux, Windows and Java version.
