Yat-sang,

1)  Please see the documentation at
http://www.realvnc.com/products/free/4.1/x0.html.
2)  The vncserver command sets the httpd parameter to "<inline>" by default.
3)  You are unable to access your vnc.so-based server, as I have previously
stated, because you have not configured it to serve the Java Viewer, but
specifying the httpd option.
