Hello James

I read the online documents and I still don't get something: I assume
that since the viewer is working on the XP side then the issue is on the
remote side (Linux machine in my case).

I do have a vncserver on my linux Fedora machine - and I can see it from
the viewer side. So what do you mean by "VNC module"? Should I download
a module from realvnc? Isn't the vncserver and that module the same
thing?
