I would recommend first finding out the IP address of your office computer.

>From you office, open Internet Explorer and go to:

www.ipchicken.com

Write down the IP address displayed on the page.

Also, make sure that VNC Server (or the service) is running on you work PC.

Then, from home...run the VNC Viewer, type in your Office PC IP Address and click OK.
