Normally, modem acts as "transparent" device.  Have you taken a look at its 
manual?

        In a previous post, I've written that I noticed that your firewall and modem 
have the same IP addresses.  Maybe the address that you got comes from the modem but 
you actually need to use the WAN address of the firewall.
