I don't know if it's related to VNC, but this GUID represents MSN Messenger.
You have MSN Messenger?

I've heard that last week or two there was a virus propagating through MSN
Messenger. Do you have anti-virus activated? Is your MSN Messenger updated?

Anyway, try to uninstall your MSN Messenger (if it's there) and see anything
improved.

Otherwise, give us other event logs
