We stopped all VNC services, removed the VNC service (Programs -> RealVNC -> VNC Server -> Unregister VNC server service), removed all the VNC entries from the registry. Rebooted, installed vnc 3.3.7 and during installation we were not prompt to set a password (?). If we wanted to start the vnc system service, we got the error "acces denied ..". Again we have all rights, we are .. and are logged in as administrator.

Reinstall the VNC service (Programs -> RealVNC -> VNC Server -> Register VNC server service).
