As I said in the message you quoted, that is part of the VNC install from
Redhat.

Odd.  Does the Java viewer still work?  Do you have a firewall setup on the
Linux box?

The Java viewer is no different than any other viewer, which means if it
works then the other viewers should too.

Also, please send replies to the list, that way everyone can see what is
going on.
