As noted, I'm running Mate 22.04 both as my host and guest. I am not finding 
virtnetworkd.service in usr/lib/systemd/system to edit "--timeout 120". Is it 
possibly a different file name?
Also, running virt-manager 4.0. Should this be updated to 4.1?
