I can't seem to find it there. Do I have to have a braille display in order
to use the braille input?
I thought I had seen it in the accessibility menu of Settings, but when I
went back to look for it again, it, it had disappeared.

Hi Karen,
You have to go to the rotor settings, find braille and double tap on it to
select it. Basically it's like with handwriting, you enable it in the rotor
and then when you want to use it you just turn the rotor to braille.
