Perhaps apps like Money Reader and Digitize are a bit more complex
than most, and therefore it is more tricky to make them
work.  Looktel has been trying hard to fix Money Reader.  With
hundreds of users and hundreds of apps interacting, it isn't easy to
figure out what is the problem.  Money Reader hasn't worked for me
since iOS 8.0.1 ... until yesterday's update.  Without testing on
dozens of devices each with multiple configurations, a developer
can't find every single fault.  that's why it is so important for
them to know what isn't working and what device and operating system
is being used.  If a person could drop them a note with that
information, it could make the fix happen more quickly than if they
don't know what isn't working.  they are good people, though--and
remember, they are people.  Be kind.
