Hi. Whether to upgrade to iOS 8 or not is controversial on this list, but for 
me the features outweigh the bugs. The thing I like the most is the fact that 
Alex, a voice only available to Mac users in the past is now available on the 
iPhone. 
As to buying an iPhone 5S or 6, I think that should be based on personal 
preference. If you can afford the 6, go for it. But if you're like me who's on 
a limited budget, an iPhone 5S is good enough for you. Good luck on whatever 
you decide.
