Umm i have a strange issue here, my IPhone claims that the software doesn’t
need to be updated when i try doing an over-the-air install. Maybe it’s a
temporary glitch, i hope so.

I updated and didn’t have this problems. I called voicemail and was able
to delete messages without the dial tone bug, so maybe this is solved.
