And to add to Christopher's statement, the same applies to the iPad Retina and the iPad Mini, all devices in the iPod Touch family since the Third Generation, all iPads and all iPhones since the 3GS are accessible. The iPod Nano also has Voiceover and is accessible, but it is more limited since it does not actually run iOS.
