Hi, Yes, it would appear that I was incorrect about this; I'm sorry for the missinformation. For the record though, when I first got my 3GS (August 2010) Skype wouldn't work over 3G and at the time the solution was to jailbreak. I'm glad this is no longer the case though. However, it's worth noting that there are still some apps that don't function when using 3G due to artificial restrictions as opposed to limited bandwidth, as apps like 3G unrestrictor are still popula and are being purchased.
