Yes, it's a two part issue. Getting a solid cloud based rss set up that ccan also synchronize with portable devices. Using Outlook 2010, I guess I can sync to its rss feature, but even then, reader is better because of being able to sort into folders, set the page to automatic refresh and just zip down the various entries of a search result, folder or individual feed without any problems. That and the syncing to portable devices. Outlook's not going to do that. Neither is the IE rss client that's not all that either.
