Try calling Tello.com at 866 377 0294 Out of curiosity, are you wanting to set up one phone with 2 phone lines that use different phone numbers. Or, two separate phones with individual numbers. Once you have service, you can dial 611 from your phone for good tech support. This is what I just did to get the above phone number. The guy that I talked with said that some one should be able to answer your questions. You might want to just set up one phone at first and then add the second phone once you get its problem worked out. In addition, I just right now called the number above and the tech support said that the number is available 24/7 and that some one can help you join Tello right now. Quite often MVNO's (mobile virtual network operators) who offer rather inexpensive plans have no or very limited phone service and signing up for a new account will most likely be entirely an online process you have to complete yourself.
