I have not noticed this. Is this happening when people call you who are in your contacts or is it only with unknown people, i.e. where the number is displayed. I wonder if you have turned on this new filter or whatever you call it where people who are not in your contacts receive a message and they have to say their name and you are then notified and can decide to pick up the call or not. I tried this in the beginning because the idea behind is good, but while it may just be my not doing it correctly, I found it difficult to do so for now I have turned this off in Settings > Phone.
