OK, I just cleared All Mail. I went to Select, and as I double tapped on each message, it said Selected. When through, I had options across the bottom, the last of which was Trash. Once they were there, I had to go to Trash, Hit Select, and mercifully, it also gives the option of Select All, and when you double tap on that, go to bottom of screen, and last thing on the right, very bottom, like Music in the Dock is Delete. When you double tap that, it asks you if you want to Delete all, are you sure you want to, Then double tap, and flick again, and finally, you get all of the deleted. They almost make you struggle to get rid of the things.
