If you're talking about the iPhone, really big bummer. First, they have to be moved from All Mail to Trash. Once there, they can be deleted en bloc.
Go into Trash, I just did. There were 130 messages. I flicked to the left to get Select All, then at the right bottom like Music on the Dock, I double tapped on Delete. It asked if I was sure I wanted to delete All, and I double tapped. If they'd just all go into Trash instead of stopping at All Mail, that would be the big plus for me.
