I’m curious whether those with newer devices are experiencing the same thing or not. If you could access your App Library, find the Utilities or some other group, and double tap to open it and let me know if you are presented with an accessible screen or not where you can take action on the individual apps there, I would very much appreciate it. If you experience the same issue I am, you might find your device inaccessible and if you have a device without a home button, you will need to access your home screen by placing your finger in the bottom right corner of the screen and slide up until you hear the first tone and release which should return you to an accessible home screen.   If anyone can recommend how to remove an app that is only located within a group in the App Library, I would very much appreciate it as I’m unable to access edit mode in the screen presented graphically which is required in order to take action on the app. I’m noticing that these graphical presentations are starting to appear more frequently which should concern every Voiceover user. I have already contacted Apple Accessibility to report this and urge others to do the same.
