Hi all. This may seem a stupid question, I have not been using either face ID or a passcode, and realize that there is some risk if someone else gets hold of my phone. Other than my contact list I don't have sensitive information on the phone, I've tried setting up face ID on my iphone 13 mini with no success. Also, when it did work I still was asked for my passcode. Is there an advantage to not use face ID but still use a passcode?
