Well, that long vertical display is not and has never been what I have seen on the keypad. The digits on my keypad have always been as you would want them to be You might want to call Apple Accessibility Support and have them view your phone. I don’t have the number from Ireland, but if you can’t find it, I’m sure we can get it for you. This is definitely odd!
