I am on Verizon. They do screen some calls for me like when the phone rings Samsung times it says potential spam and sometimes it does not. I generally don’t answer a phone number that I don’t recognize. I was just thinking if they wanted to hear from me they would leave a message. But I believe I might be able to get something for marking the unwanted calls through the Verizon app.
