Hi Richard, I'm going to scan those letters, and I will scan them in text so I can send them to my Computer so I can read them myself. I will then scan them and save in PDF format for sighted people. I just don't understand why I can read most PDF files with Adobe, but not these letters. As far as I know these letters were just typed on a Computer. So I don't think there is anything fancy about the letters.

If you are trying to come close to the original format, then save it as PDF and make sure the name means something to you. If you cannot read the PDF with your screen reader, contact Winston Chen.
