I wondered as well if that is maybe the issue, but keep in mind that she is not looking for a keypad for incoming calls, it was my understanding that she needs it when she makes outgoing caklls like for example to her doctor’s office. Of course there are many more examples like when you call your bank or crredit card company and often even smaller stores now have auto attendents where you have to make a selection.

The following should fix it. Go into settings, phone, and when in there, swipe over to incoming call. It should say full screen. If it does not, double tap whatever it does say, and select full screen. The keypad will be there the next time you get an incoming call.
