Re: Have any hearing aid users here successfully paired two MFi hearing devices on an iPhone?
Thanks for that answer, Richard.

I'm hoping to get my PA (personal assistant) ON THE PHONE TO MY AUDIOLOGIST (OR a colleague team member -  WHEN HE ASSISTS ME NEXT WEEK.

I think my iPhone sees both my hearing aid and my CI, but it won't pair with both of them at the same time. (It pairs with one or the other).

The 'nuclear option' is to forget perhaps all of one's other Bluetooth devices' settings, and then forget your hearing devices, before turning off/restarting Bluetooth, and one 'should' then receive - when next trying to pair one's hearing devices - two pairing requests. (I'm not looking forward to that!)

I will try again in the next few weeks and I will report what I learn.

Subject: Have any hearing aid users here successfully paired two MFi hearing
devices on an iPhone?

Hi,

Has anybody on this list successfuly added another hearing aid or device
to an existing one on their iPhone, without the help of an audiological
professional?
(If so, how did you do this? Did you need to forget all your Bluetooth
devices and then turn off Bluetooth, and then turn on Bluetooth again
and add in
your new hearing aid or aids this way?

Thanks.
