It is Kayla who is looking at the Pit boss, I sell Louisiana Grills and have a Founders Series Premium 1200. For that one as a blind person you either use the app or you don't use it because the control panel is a touch screen and I have been able to manage with the Smoke It app. As I said, it could certainly be better, but I am able to set the temperature and I can also see what it is and also switch to each of the 4 meat probes and see the temperature. I guess if I didn't sell that brand I may have checked to see if I could have found one which has manual settings. I had a Camp Chef Woodwind before and it did have a dial which one could memorize or write down. It's too bad none of these can go low enough for truly cold smoking salmon for which you only need about 80 degrees Fahrenheit and 180 is as low as most of them go.
