You use a number sign before numbers, and I hit dot 6 twice before I capitolize letters as I have both numbers and letters in my passwords that are upper case. Also, think a little outside the box, and if you have multiple letters that are upper case, just put dot 6 before each letter if putting dot 6 twice before your beginning letter that needs to be upper case doesn't work. The brailiant displays work very well with bard and bookshare. Also, contact humanware tech-support and they could also help you.
