If you are talking about individuals, and not businesses, I'm sorry, that was not a good answer on my part. I just did some testing and it is focused on business phone numbers. But if it is a business, just ask for the name and city, like Siri, what's the phone number for taco belle in Chico california. But for a person, I've done internet searches and sometimes their number is listed. I usually only am looking for business numbers. The WhitePages app used to be free, but I have not tried it in years.
