The app I use for notification of sun rise and set is called Sundial it is not a free app and you can purchase add-ons for example Complications on an Apple Watch.
The app can notify you of civil dawn and dusk, nautical dawn and dusk as well as astronomical dawn and dusk. Moon rise and set and phases can have notifications too. You can check these times for another location and a different date if you wish.
