I don’t have an iPhone 8 that I believe was mentioned, but I do have an iPhone 7, and I checked with it just now and was able to find the place order button in the Walmart app. On the review order screen at the bottom of the screen there was a give feedback button or something like that, and I had to swipe up with three fingers to get past that and then find the place order button at the bottom of the screen.
