I have no speech on my iPhone unless I have the earbuds in. I turned up the volume and still nothing. I missed a doctor's call because I couldn't answer the phone. The phone rang outloud but no sound when I tried to answer or do anything. Any help would be appreciated as soon as possible. Thanks! I have the SE-20 and am running the latest update. Carla
