Not typically, if I remember correctly the 5C and 6 only go as far as iOS 12 and unless somebody discovers something very bad it is unlikely Apple will release further updates. These were phones released in 2014 so they are now 7 years old and I think it is pretty normal that that is about as much as one can expect from a smart phone. I believe recently Europe is looking at introducing legislation which would force smart phone makers to support devices for 7 years, but even by that standard you would now be out of options.
