Hello IPhone Listers, Over the past week or so, I've noticed that some of my APPS are listed as being in iCloud and when I open them, they download again before opening. Past attempts to open such files have resulted in their opening without having to download them again. Why might this be happening? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
