As Malcolm said, for the test use Www.Speedtest.net<http://Www.Speedtest.net> There is a button to start the test, Jaws spoke the messages about the download and upload test progress and when it was finished, there was a popup ad to use their app on faster networks, but when I dismissed that, the results were right there.
However, to upgrade your network you have to go through your Internet Service Provider. Or change providers if yours cannot offer the speed you need.
