Yes by default it's under mobile but if you've had it setup before and migrated your settings from one device to the next It comes back under settings,
I'm guessing however that if you set the phone up from scratch then it's again hidden under mobile. Previously it was its own category in settings. It took me a couple of minutes to find it.
