The level of detail one used to be able to edit seems to be gone, or very, very hard to find. I use Siri now to get the initial appointment set and then edit what I can.

However, my wife started having trouble on her SE 2020 and asked if I could try it. My wife is sighted so I was quite surprised. When I opened the calendar and tried to ad an event it about drove me crazy. When I would double click on the date I wanted it would open up and show me that date. When I saved the event the date was not the date I selected. The date had changed to a week earlier or maybe even a week later. She was having the same issue and she can see. She could sit and watch it happening.
