Richard, I may well be wrong here but I think Screen Recognition can only be enabled within apps and not on any of the screens containing apps if you see what I mean.
One thing I would like to see is Actions added to the verbosity settings in Applications so that for example when reading an e-mail message one could suppress the announcement of “actions available’ after each line. There are instances where this announcement is useful but you can only adjust this globally.
