Well, the audience is certainly bigger than voiceover users. Not that they shouldn’t do stuff for voiceover users, but they’re a huge company. And there’s just no reason for them not to have a better search mechanism. If a little dinky companies like tidal and prime phonic can do it, Apple really has zero excuse.
