The short answer to the question is no. Apple Music leaves a lot to be desired when searching for classical music.
Often I have found results by chance rather than by anything else. Or I have followed a convoluted route and stumbled upon something of interest. What I normally do is use the following site then type an interesting result into Apple Music and then listen to what I am interested in. https://www.prestomusic.com/classical I have found many albums by Hosé Carreras that Apple Music did not show when searching by their facility alone. His recording of Cavalleria Rusticana being one example.
