Hi Juan, I just looked at my dock, and it seems to have pretty much every app I ever run, so apps may be added when you run them without your having to do anything. You can get to whatever options are available, however, by pressing VO-Command-Space anytime voiceOver tells you actions are available. Then press VO-Down Arrow to move through the choices and VO-Space to activate the current choice. This works in Notification Center (which you get to with VO-O) and many other places.
