First of all it would be rare to get a case which is not compatible with wireless charging these days so no need to take off the case to charge the phone. But if you really had to take off the case for some reason and you are worried you could always just shut the phone off first and then remove the case. I can't remember if you can still call 9 1 1 if the phone is in Airplane mode, but that might be another option. Having said this, if you first remove one of the lower corners from the case I really don't think there is much of a chance you would call emergency accidentally.
