Hi Ann, Close, Press the power and the down volume buttons together and you will get a message with close, Call emergency services (911) and power off,
You flick to the left to the power off and tap it. Or the slightly longer but safer option is Go in to settings, General and then to the bottom of the general screen and there is a shutdown option there. If I ever need to power off my phone that is the one I normally go for. My burning question is when powering on and off, is it done like the previous models or will I call 911 when powering off the way I’ve done it for years?
