I expect you've made sure you're running the latest Audible app version so I'm not even going to ask. I will say that when Audible introduced the ability to purchase new titles using an Audible credit, I did not have that option available when drilling down on a title I wanted to buy. I had to sign out of my account with the app, sign back in, and then it was there. You might try doing that to see if you get different results. I have all of the other options, including send this book and add to favorites, but exchange is definitely not there. Multiple books on more than one phone show zip. A dialogue opens up over the page once you double tap on "return" and then you need to navigate that dialogue. Not too hard at all. I like the thought of being able to return books from right in the app so I hope they extend that option to Canada.
