There's a chance that you could have turned your volume down for voice
over. Try the side volume keys first to see if you get it back. You
might need to try this and then triple tap and try again since you
currently don't know if voice over is on or off. If that doesn't work
try the rotor. Turn the rotor and flick up once each time you turn it.
If it's the voice over volume that's down, this will bring it back.
Sometimes this gets turned all the way down by accident. Remember to
turn the rotor around 7 times and flick up once each time to make sure
you've tried all options. Then triple tap again and go through the same
steps just in case voice over was off the first time you did it.
