You could do it by the minute with your iPhone by unlocking your phone,
focusing on the clock. Leave the focus there, you should get a minute by
minute announcement. At least it works for us.

indicates the passing of seconds? There used to be a radio station on
short wave which used to chime every second in an ounce time every 15
minutes
