I think it should be a toggle. Generally, I think this is a great change. I do not ever want to hear voiceover through a Bluetooth speaker. But I understand there are use cases for it. So I think the best solution would be a toggle. I don’t see that this is at all the same as plugging in a headset. Often, people use Bluetooth speakers somore than one person can listen. There is a training scenario where voiceover would be useful in such cases, but there is also an equally valid scenario where absolutely no one wants to hear voiceover over the speaker interrupting the entertainment. it seems ridiculous to expect someone to purchase an airplay speaker, if they have a nice Bluetooth speaker which meets the entertainment need.
