On my 5S: I have it off in display accommodations, yet when I turned the phone on, it automatically goes to 71%! It will stay at zero when I turn it down either in settings or the control center, but the next time I boot the phone it goes back up to 71%; how can I make it stay at 0 if that’s what I want?
